Availability, SLA/SLO and performance reports — scheduled, exportable, provable

When a customer asks for last quarter's uptime, the answer should take a click. PulseTrace generates availability, SLA/SLO, performance, incident and intelligence reports for any period, schedules them to your inbox, and exports them for the audit.

Set an SLA target per monitor or group (99.9 %, 99.95 %) and PulseTrace tracks the error budget against it — how much downtime is left this month, and when it was spent. Availability and performance reports break the numbers down by region and by day; incident reports list what happened, for how long, and how it was resolved.

Scheduled reports run weekly or monthly and are delivered by email; custom reports let you pick the widgets and the period. Trust pages publish the headline numbers to customers.

Questions about sla reporting

How is uptime calculated?
From confirmed incidents: time between an incident opening and resolving counts as downtime; maintenance windows are excluded when you mark them so.
Can I export a report?
Yes — as a file for the customer or the auditor, and the same data is available through the REST API.
