Every plan, including Free, can alert by email. Add as many recipient addresses as you need, per destination, and choose per monitor which events go out. Certificate-expiry reminders and weekly reports use the same channel.
Set it up in three steps
1Settings → Developer & API → Webhooks → Add destination → type Email, enter one or more addresses.
2Tick the destination on the monitors that should alert it; choose which events (down, recovered, certificate expiring, grade change) apply.
3Optional: customise the subject and body template per monitor for teams that route email into a ticketing system.
