Monitor every client site, prove it with a report, publish it under their brand

Group monitors by client, give each client its own status page — on their domain, white-labelled on Enterprise — and send scheduled availability and security reports that show the retainer is doing something. Domain and certificate expiry alerts stop the 3 a.m. 'the site is gone' call.

Sounds familiar?

  • Forty client sites, each with a domain, a certificate and a DNS setup that someone else can change.
  • Clients ask 'was there downtime?' and the answer is a screenshot of a dashboard.
  • A client's domain lapsed because the registrar email went to a former employee.

Which plan

Team ($29) handles a small book at 50 monitors and 5 status pages. Pro ($85) is the usual agency plan: 200 monitors, unlimited status pages with custom domains, scheduled reports and role-based access so account managers see their own clients. Enterprise adds white-label pages and unlimited monitors.

The setup

  1. 1

    One group per client

Groups keep monitors, incidents and reports scoped, so a client-facing report only contains that client's sites.

    Probe fleet
  2. 2

Domain and certificate expiry for every apex

The domain monitor watches registry expiry, transfer lock, nameservers and mail authentication; the TLS monitor watches the certificate. Both alert well before anything lapses.

    Domain Security monitor
  3. 3

    A status page per client

Five pages on Team, unlimited with custom domains on Pro, and white-label on Enterprise — status.clientdomain.com with their logo, not yours.

    Status pages
  4. 4

Scheduled reports with your name on them

Availability, performance and security reports on a monthly schedule, delivered to the client contact, so the retainer review has numbers.

  5. 5

    Security grades as an upsell

The SSL/TLS security monitor grades each site A+–F for TLS configuration and security headers; a C is a work order.

Questions from agencies teams

Can clients log in and see only their own monitors?
Role-based access on Pro lets you invite a client as a viewer scoped to their group. Most agencies instead give clients a status page and a scheduled report.
Can the status page carry the client's branding?
Custom domains are on Pro; removing PulseTrace branding entirely (white-label) is on Enterprise.
Is there a per-client billing view?
Not today — billing is per organization. Groups and tags make it easy to count monitors per client for your own invoicing.
