Plans and limits
The exact limits the app enforces for Free, Team, Pro and Enterprise — monitors, interval, retention, seats, regions, service accounts, status pages — and which features each plan unlocks.
PulseTrace comes in four plans. Every plan runs core uptime and protocol monitoring; the security, intelligence, anomaly and access capabilities unlock as you move up. An owner switches plans from Settings → Plan and the change takes effect immediately. The table is exactly what the platform enforces; prices are on Pricing.

How limits behave
- Creating a monitor beyond the plan's count, or setting an interval faster than the floor, is declined with a clear message.
- History older than the plan window is swept automatically.
- On a downgrade, monitors beyond the new limit are paused, not deleted — the oldest stay active, and they come back if you upgrade again.
- API keys and service accounts require Team or above; a key created on Team keeps working after an upgrade and stops on a downgrade to Free.
Platform administrators can set per-organization overrides for enterprise contracts; an override shows on the Plan page next to the plan default.
